This is for all the planetary features and the types of them in the game.


All planets will have distinct traits depending on what type they are, their type dictates how much income, reinforcement and defence a planet has, the levels of that can be seen down below.

Income, reinforcement and defence scaling:

Very low
Low
Medium
High
Very high
Super high

Additionally, some planets may have specific bonuses to the controller such as income or unit-related:

Feral World: Cheaper Veteran units
Death World: Cheaper Elite units
Pleasure World: Cheaper Commissars(Imperium only)
Shrine World: High income(Imperium only)
Daemon World: Cheaper Daemons(Chaos only)

Feral World

- No defence
- Cheaper Commissars

Penal World
- Low income
- High reinforcement

Special Tau Worlds:

Tau cannot make other planets into their own special worlds, besides a Kroot world, and no planet will become one of the Tau special worlds regardless of how long they have been under Tau control.


Tau World:
- High income(for Tau)/Medium(for others)
- High reinforcement(for Tau)/Medium(for others)
- High defence(for Tau)/Low(for others)

Meditation World:
- Low income
- Low reinforcement
- No defences
- Loss of this world for the Tau will reduce crit of all units by 5

Human World:
- Medium income
- Medium reinforcement
- Low defence
- Cheaper Gue'vesa

Tau Mining World:
- High income(for Tau)/Medium(for others)
- Medium reinforcement
- Medium defences

Kroot World:
- Low income
- Medium reinforcement
- Medium defences
- Cheaper Kroot units
- Tau can make Feral Worlds into Kroot Worlds

Vespid World:
- Medium income(Tau only)/Low(others)
- Medium reinforcement(Tau only)/Low(others)
- Very high defence(Tau only)/None(others)
- Cheaper Vespids
